ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

This advanced team coaching training programme builds on from the foundations set in our Individual Leadership Coaching course. It dives into the complexities of coaching and encourages positive development within teams.

Recognising that coaching is a holistic approach that promotes confidence and well-being throughout an organisation’s unique landscape, this team coaching training programme instructs managers and leaders on how to enhance teamwork and create happier and more fulfilled team members. Techniques covered address some of the common scenarios faced such as remote/hybrid working, cultural differences, group dynamics, designation of roles, confidence deficit and much more.

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

As the principles and philosophies of coaching become immersed in company culture and team dynamics, participants will continue to witness organic, positive change while practicing coaching techniques that can be applied to numerous team situations and contexts. 

PROGRAMME FORMAT

The Team Coaching Training for Leaders programme is spread over three months and consists of five group sessions with peers to run through the learning and various scenarios in which these techniques can be applied. In order to enrol on this program participants will need to have completed at least ten individual coaching sessions, as well as our foundational Individual Leadership Coaching programme.

Group sessions will be conducted virtually.
