Position: FOUNDER, LEADERSHIP & TEAM COACH
Analia is an ICF-certified Master Coach (MCC) and facilitator with over twenty years of coaching experience in complex corporate environments that are often experiencing times of change and transformation. She specialises in guiding and unlocking the talent of managers, leaders and teams in both the private and public sectors with the aim of building a culture of collaboration and achievement of common goals.
In her leadership coaching, Analia draws from her background in senior management, which included executive positions in finance and human resources for Silicon Valley tech companies. She has successfully implemented major projects in many regions across the US, South America and Europe. These experiences have given her exposure to diverse business cultures and led to a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face when working on a global level.
Analia is the founder of CICRE – a unique coaching approach designed to create the optimum environment for profound transformation while still keeping goals at the forefront. The results from using this approach are an expansion of individual capability, development of cooperation among teams and added value for the entire organisation and all stakeholders.

ARASH GOLNAM
Position: CONSULTANT & FACILITATOR
With a mission to explore and engage our human potential, Arash has a multidisciplinary approach to inquiry that explores synergies between systems thinking, psychoanalysis and the transformative powers of art.
Arash works with leaders and their teams to re-design departments and areas within the organization with a holistic approach. He organises experiences that foster a culture of innovation, and designs and delivers training courses on systems thinking, design thinking and creativity. Some examples of Arash’s approach include facilitating design thinking projects with a circular and sustainable focus, to creating workshops where an imagined future scenario is explored and experimented with.
Arash completed his Ph.D. in Management of Technology (Systems Modelling) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. He holds a Master of Science in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a Psychoanalyst Diploma Candidate at the CG Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland.
Arash has taught at universities in the Geneva and Lausanne area, where he received awards as a distinguished member of the faculty several times.

MARCIA VERAS
Position: FACILITATOR & COACH
Over a fifteen-year career in diverse and multicultural environments, Marcia has coached and facilitated for North and South American FTSE500 companies. She is motivated by supporting people’s self-development journeys, acting as a thinking partner, and being the co-creator of a better future.
A lawyer by training, Marcia advanced her education by specialising in Human Resources, Internal Consulting and Facilitation and gained a coaching certification with Brazil’s Integrated Coaching Institute in Brazil and, more recently, The Neuroscience of Change program at Coaches Rising.
Marcia works with leaders and their teams to organise visioning sessions, strategic planning meetings and team-building activities. She facilitates management team meetings to establish common goals and practise assertive communication and active listening to improve performance and enhance skills that bolster trust, influencing and storytelling.
She helps teams to become better equipped in communication and emotional and social intelligence, using MBTI personality assessment and 360-degree feedback. Marcia also teaches coaching skills, specifically instilling ‘leader as coach’ methodology in individuals and teams.

Steve is a facilitator and consultant with over twenty years of organisational experience in complex and multicultural environments. He specialises in working with organisations and their leaders to help build sustainable leadership habits including ways of being and doing which produce high- impact results and future-focused expertise. This is often in the context of organisational or industry change, where the evolution of the leadership and managerial culture is critical as part of wider strategic priorities.
Before moving into consulting, Steve held senior international management positions in consumer and consulting companies where he developed and implemented global strategic communications for Fortune 100 companies. A natural curiosity for understanding needs and delivering targeted, client-focused solutions in complex international environments has remained a driving force throughout his career.
Since 2006, Steve has worked with international leaders across industries and sectors to build skills and mindsets that respond to current and future strategic needs. This typically takes the form of Leadership and Hi-Po Development Programme development & facilitation. He became a qualified coach for individuals and teams in 2018.

LISA WILLIAMS
Position: LEADERSHIP & TEAM COACH
For over twenty years, Lisa has carried out a variety of functional leadership and consultancy roles in the financial services sector. She is a facilitator and ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC) and has sat on the executive leadership team of a global consulting company.
Lisa partners with managers, senior leaders and their organizations to better understand their context, culture and needs in order to create coaching interventions which lead to bottom-line business results and personal impact. She works with senior leaders to manage transitions and career development, building on existing strengths and talents, and preparing them to take on top- level roles or leading a global team. In short, she helps leaders become better equipped at addressing some of the complex issues faced by organizations today, such as dispersed hubs and cultural diversity.
Lisa also works with teams to become better equipped in communication and emotional and social intelligence using personality assessment and 360-degree feedback. Through her work, she passes on coaching skills to her participants and is particularly focused on nurturing coaching expertise in leaders.

Maud Pitoiset has over fifteen years of experience in the wide-ranging world of Human Resources. Her expertise extends to specialised disciplines including Performance Development, Talent Acquisition, Career Coaching, Social Dialogue and Labour Law. An expert in job search, job market and networking within international organisations, she has also provided extensive support to projects including psychometric indicators and the design and analysis of team necessities. Her focus is on building the skills of individuals and teams and implementing 360-degree feedback, employee surveys on engagement, and other learning and development initiatives. Maud has developed her facilitation techniques and built a solid experience using MBTI and Hogan tools to support career and leadership development.

Jess Meyer-Rassow

Jess is a Coach, Facilitator and client-focused L&D Senior Programme Lead, with over fifteen years’ experience. Originally from NY, USA, Jess is comfortable working with large, fast-paced global and multi-cultural organisations across a broad range of projects from bespoke one on one executive coaching programmes to large, complex blended development programmes. She is skilful at building harmonious and productive client relationships, collaborating with teams remotely and liaising with very senior stakeholders.
Jess has a background in senior management across a variety of sectors including Professional Services, Digital Consultancy and International Education. Prior to becoming a Coach, Jess was an Account and Senior Project Manager within a tech start-up. Supporting the business as it doubled revenue and headcount year on year. Most recently she managed Leadership and Executive Coaching Department at an International Leadership Development Company and led a global team of project managers and 200+ consultants and coaches, established and oversaw best practice within the coaching business and designed and delivered organisational training.
