Our unique Coaching Approach

Our mission is to support our global and culturally diverse clients to achieve peak performance and move to the next stage of their leadership evolution. We do this by using a range of approaches, strategies and tools and most successfully by using our unique coaching approach CICRE™ which is broken down as Complementarity and Integration for a Cooperative and Responsible Evolution.

THE CICRE™ PROCESS

The CICRE™ approach is a dynamic of individual learning and collective progress which has a beneficial synergy unique in each team and organisation. In order to reach these outcomes, we offer a customised and blended approach partnering with leaders, team leaders and organisations to deliver and design impactful learning, actively helping to embed sustainable results.

In order to implement our unique coaching approach CICRE™ there are five “operational principles” and a process of five sequential steps. The principles and steps are applied simultaneously in individual as well as team coaching interventions as they reflect conscious choices and represent the “skeleton” of any meeting.

The synthesis of having clear operating principles and pragmatic steps makes it simple to use our CICRE™ coaching approach to achieve objectives. At the same time, within this framework one can remain open and creative to integrate new ideas (tools or materials) without losing essential qualities and purpose. We are committed to a continuous “research practitioner” approach and therefore evaluate and re-evaluate these principles along with our coaching practice and thus continue to evolve our unique coaching approach. Below please find the principles of CICRE™ as they currently stand:

  • Responsibility: Responsibility is considered the possibility to acknowledge and embrace the present situation being faced, and this commitment demonstrates openness for deep and mature learning.
  • Courage: It is important to encompass the new awareness created about our potential with practical action. Courage may be needed to innovate and transcend mindsets and beliefs that are no longer helpful.
  • Mastery: We are all leaders of our own talents. An important part of this approach is the commitment to create sustainable and consistent practices to achieve mastery level.
  • Respect and appreciation for uniqueness and diversity: As we work on integrating more of our potential into daily life, we also become more skilled at appreciating and respecting the unique “blueprint” that each person brings, as well as the diversity in cultures and ways of doing things.
  • Global benefit: This underlines the importance of considering the interrelations of all parts and how one movement or decision taken will affect the whole system.
