A group programme training managers, leaders and future ‘change agents’ in how to develop the leadership potential of others

ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Recognising that coaching is a holistic approach that enhances communication and performance through an organisation’s entire ecosystem, this programme trains managers, leaders and future ‘change agents’ in how to develop the leadership potential of others with conscious conversations, interactions and dialogue.
Using the guidelines of our unique CICRE® methodology, this programme offers practical training for individuals on how coaching-led communication can achieve enhanced leadership skills and a positive, more inclusive impact in the workplace. This is also a skill that they can continue to practice anywhere their career takes them.
PROGRAMME OUTCOMES
As the principles and philosophies of coaching become immersed in the everyday language and culture of the workplace, participants and their organisations can witness organic, positive change in themselves, their colleagues and with those they interact with.
PROGRAMME FORMAT
The Individual Leadership Coaching programme is spread over three months and consists of five group sessions with peers to run through learning and various scenarios in which course techniques can be applied.
In order to enrol in this programme, participants will need to have completed at least five individual coaching sessions.
Group sessions are conducted virtually.
