Analia Yacot has developed over her twenty-year-plus career as a coach.
CICRE® is a systemic process that combines analysis of the individual and/or team member, and discovery of what Analia Yacot calls the ‘sacred and secret’.
The starting point of CICRE® is an exploration of the self. Participants learn to be ‘owners’ of their talents. It is only by recognising our strong points
and perfectly-imperfect nature, that our talents can flourish. After we do, fruitful collaboration with others flows.
Therefore, unlocking the ‘sacred and secret’ is the key to creating profound personal and professional awareness, leveraging human skills,
