Today, change is constant. We are all faced with rapidly shifting ‘ways of doing’ that happen through advances in technology, organisational structure, policies, company culture and other factors. Oftentimes, we can feel we need to go back in order to move forwards.
This individual career coaching programme helps experienced and established leaders, technicians and executives evolve both personally and professionally and realign their talents and skills when faced with changing contexts. It addresses any uncertainties they may have, and in doing so helps them create a clearer path forward.
PROGRAMME OUTCOMES
Once the leadership style of the participant has been identified, this programme switches the subconscious narrative of ‘chartering unknown waters’ to one that systematically studies the current (and future) situation and market, looking to identify opportunities.
Its aim is to develop a workable strategy that is fulfilling and confidence-building and will sustain the leader throughout the rest of their career.
PROGRAMME FORMAT
This programme typically runs over a period of six to eight months at a point in the participant’s leadership cycle where they are looking to adapt to new circumstances.
Sessions can be conducted virtually, as well as face-to-face.
