ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Milestones on the path to leadership are not only professional achievements. The journey is an evolution of self and thus requires deep analysis of individual desires, motivations and the qualities that make us influential leaders.
Our Individual Executive Coaching programme is designed for professionals who are looking to smoothly transition to the next stage in their leadership journey, either within their current appointment or their next one.
Whilst it’s generally recognised that the first 100 days are crucial in any new work cycle, this programme will benefit professionals at any stage of their career.
This one-to-one programme equips new, evolving and in situ leaders with enhanced planning, negotiation and relationship-building skills. This programme will also embrace more complex topics such as unconscious influencing, inclusivity and impact on established teams.
PROGRAMME OUTCOMES
The overall goal of the programme is to help established as well as novice leaders to harness their unique and/or dormant skill sets and excel in their current, future or evolving roles.
They will learn to embrace change and relish the opportunity to have a structured, positive approach to achieve the desired impact on themselves and their organisations.
PROGRAMME FORMAT
This programme typically runs over six to eight months and the work begins using an established tool to determine natural personality preferences, which in turn helps define the authentic leadership style of the individual. We then look at how to nurture and further develop these assets in the forthcoming coaching sessions.
Using the guidelines of our unique CICRE® approach and the premise that ‘anyone can lead’, we focus on three capacities: mindset, principles and practices. This approach helps leadership capacity to flourish, nurturing cooperation between and within teams, and ultimately leads to innovation, the definition of common goals, and a clearer vision of self and purpose.
Sessions can be conducted virtually, as well as face-to-face.
